EXPO 15 MILANO: Balanced and fair Contract as a Basis for Success!

The early involvement of PCC in the negotiation process contributed to the timely and successful erection of an important pavilion at the EXPO 15 at Milano. In parallel to its on- site negotiation support PCC organized a training for project managers and sales people. Such that the client was able to transfer and use the knowhow applied for one pavilion to 5 others.
